Transaction Data

  • Payment history and amounts

  • Provide AI-generated permit analysis services
  • Process payments via Stripe

3. Who We Share With

We share data with the following service providers, solely for operating PlanPass:

  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • Supabase — Database and storage
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI analysis of uploaded documents
  • Vercel — Website hosting
  • DigitalOcean — Server infrastructure

We do NOT sell personal information to anyone, ever.

4. California Resident Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and share
  • Delete your personal information
  • Opt-out of sale of personal information (we do not sell your data)
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

5. Data Retention

  • Blueprint documents: Deleted 90 days after report generation
  • Reports: Retained for 1 year, then deleted
  • Payment records: Retained for 7 years (legal/tax requirements)
  • Account data: Retained until deletion is requested

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7. Do Not Sell My Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for any purpose. This applies to all users, including California residents under the CCPA.
